1. Data controller
The controller of your personal data is the Seller, PT The Enceladus Corp (“we”). Our details are shown above.
This policy explains how we process personal data when you use this website and send an order request, in line with Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection (UU No. 27 Tahun 2022).
2. Data we collect
- your name, e-mail address and WhatsApp number (if you give it);
- the content of your order: vouchers, quantities, total amount, comment and request number;
- your IP address and technical data of your browser, processed by Cloudflare when you open the website and during the security check on the cart page;
- details of your bank transfer when you pay an invoice: the sender’s name, bank, amount and date.
We do not collect payment card data. The website has no user accounts.
3. Purposes
We use the data to:
- process your request and send the invoice;
- match your payment and deliver the codes;
- answer your questions and handle claims and refunds;
- protect the ordering process from spam and abuse;
- keep accounting and tax records and meet other legal obligations.
We do not sell personal data, do not use it for advertising and do not send marketing e-mails.
4. Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of (a) the consent you give by ticking the consent box on the cart page and (b) the need to act on your request before the sale contract is concluded and to perform that contract, as provided by UU No. 27 Tahun 2022. IP addresses and technical browser data are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating and securing the website. Accounting and tax records are kept to comply with our legal obligations.
5. Who processes data for us
- Cloudflare: website hosting, content delivery and the Turnstile security check on the cart page;
- Resend: delivery of order request e-mails to us;
- our e-mail service provider: sending, receiving and storing e-mails exchanged with you, including invoices and voucher codes.
These providers process the data only for the purposes above. Their servers may be located outside Indonesia. We choose providers that apply appropriate data protection safeguards.
We may also disclose data to government authorities when the law requires it.
6. Retention
We keep the data as long as needed to process your request, deliver the codes and handle claims, and after that as long as Indonesian law requires, for example for accounting and tax records. Then the data is deleted.
7. Your rights
Under UU No. 27 Tahun 2022 you have the right to:
- get information about how your data is processed and access your data;
- correct inaccurate data;
- ask us to delete your data;
- withdraw your consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect processing done before it;
- ask us to stop processing your data; this does not affect processing done before your request.
Send your request to the Seller’s e-mail address shown above. We may ask you to confirm that the request comes from the e-mail address used in the order. We answer within the time limits set by law. Data that the law requires us to keep is deleted when the required retention period ends.
8. Cookies and local storage
This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies and does not track you. Your cart is kept only in the local storage of your browser on your device; we receive its content only when you send a request. Cloudflare Turnstile, the security check on the cart page, uses technical cookies or similar technologies to tell people from bots. Cloudflare, our hosting provider, may also use strictly technical cookies to protect the website from attacks.

We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page with the date of the last update.
